A sculptural set of six Italian “Arcadia” dining chairs, attributed to designer Adalberto Caraceni for Tagliabue di Cascina Armata, circa 1970s.
The chairs feature the model’s distinctive curved wooden construction, with arched backrests flowing into the rear legs and gently concave woven cane seats. Their clean architectural lines and warm natural finish reflect the organic materiality and restrained sculptural character of Italian modernist design.
The complete set of six presents beautifully around a dining table and is especially well suited to Mid-Century Modern, organic-modern, Italian modernist and contemporary interiors.
