An original oil on canvas seascape by Italian painter Guido Odierna (1913–1991), depicting turbulent waves breaking against a rocky coastline beneath a softly colored sky.
Odierna was particularly known for his evocative Mediterranean seascapes, and this smaller work captures the movement and color for which his coastal paintings are recognized. Signed by the artist at the lower right.
Presented in a substantial carved gilt wood frame with layered classical detailing and an aged gold finish. The scale makes this especially easy to incorporate into a gallery wall, bookshelf vignette, study or traditional interior.
Original oil on canvas.
Signed lower right.
Framed and ready to display.
