An exceptional, highly architectural vintage 1970s 5-piece indoor/covered patio dining set executed in the iconic manner of Italian master architect and designer Franco Albini.
This commanding Organic Modern ensemble features four (4) dramatic, high-back peacock-style armchairs and their matching circular double-hoop pedestal dining table base. Each sweeping teardrop chair frame is expertly hand-crafted using thick-set, solid-core bent rattan poles, beautifully displaying open lattice fishnet cane caning along the side arm wraps and backrests. The rear chair chassis features a robust vertical center stabilizer spine that anchors the sculptural high-back silhouette.
The accompanying pedestal table features a double-hoop split rattan structural layout supporting its thick, clear tempered round glass tabletop. All four chairs come outfitted with custom, plush, neutral-toned upholstered seat cushions in excellent vintage estate condition.
