This is a high-quality sacral lamp from the historicist period, dating to the end of the 19th century. The body of the lamp is architecturally structured and richly plastically decorated. The upper part transitions into a distinctively modeled neck, under which runs a decorative strip with a neo-Gothic arcade complemented by small mascarons. The lower conical part is decorated with chiseled acanthus and palmette motifs with a finely shaded patina that emphasizes the depth of the relief. The whole is finished with a decorative element in the shape of a pine cone. The lamp is suspended on three chains with decorative intermediate links that emphasize its vertical and architectural character. The inner space was designed to accommodate a glass oil container, which corresponds to the traditional type of temple eternal light used in sacral environments. The surface bears a natural patina of age, with darker toning in places in the recesses of the ornament.
