A freestanding coat rack in stained solid beechwood, in the art deco style, circa 1940, bearing the french manufacturer's stamp "stella – registered trademark and model".
the central column has a rectangular cross-section and rests on a tripod base with cabriole legs. Two tiers of curved wooden hooks with double spatula-shaped heads provide space for hanging clothes and hats. A circular chrome-plated metal ring is fixed halfway up the column, designed to hold umbrellas or walking sticks.
entirely original. The varnish shows a patina of wear characteristic of the piece's age, with visible signs of use on the hooks and legs. The structure remains perfectly stable. Restoration is available upon request.
