The rug is made of high-quality wool on a cotton warp and is characterized by a solid, dense and heavy construction, thanks to which it is also suitable for more heavily loaded interiors. The decor consists of a deep dark blue central field richly filled with stylized flowers, palmettes, twigs and other plant motifs.

A striking contrast is created by a wide brick to old pink red border with a repeating floral ornament, complemented by several narrower protective bands. The color range includes dark blue, red, light blue, cream, green and muted earthy shades. The detailed photos clearly show the relatively fine and regular hand-knotting, compact pile and characteristic strength of the rug. The density of the knot is approximately 160,000 knots per m². The back side clearly shows the hand-knotted structure and cotton warp. The rug is in very good condition, with an even pile and no significant damage. Thanks to its solid construction, it is not only a decorative element, but also a practical rug suitable for, for example, a living room, study, hall or under the dining table.
