The lamp is finished in one of bonnie rehnqvist's most striking glazes. A rich, deep brown glaze with details in various muted colors. The textured matte base has an almost burnt ochre like appearance, creating a sophisticated interplay between glossy glazing that feels remarkably contemporary.
both unusual, functional and highly decorative, the lamp possesses the qualities of a ceramic sculpture as much as a lighting object. Whether placed on a side table, console, or bedside, it serves as a striking focal point and complements interiors ranging from scandinavian and mid-century modern to contemporary spaces.
