With its padded dome and refined solid brass details, companio is both soothing and rich in expression, whilst having mildly sound-absorbing qualities.

the campinio pendant is made from mycelium based composite (mbc), an innovative organic material, and is upholstered with plant-based fur.

mycelium is the underground network through which forests communicate. A branching web of threads that binds, nourishes, and renews. Combined with hemp fibre, mycelium grows into a material of surprising rigidity, warmth, and textural depth.

the manufacturing process, in the netherlands, is as harmless to people and the environment as the material itself, being completey free of toxins or synthetics. And at the end of its life, each piece of mbc composts fully, returning to the same earth that made it.

the final product is a solid, dry, and inert product. It contains zero live biological agents, zero active spores, and no organic matter capable of regeneration. The product poses no phytosanitary or bio-security risk to the importing country. Imprinted by maker,
up to 250v (europe/uk standard). See less
