Dual-purpose lamp in brass and beige lacquered metal, with an adjustable diffuser and a triangular base. Made in Sweden, 1940s.
Made in Sweden in the 1940s, the lamp is designed to be used both as a table lamp and as a wall sconce, thanks to the unique configuration of its triangular base. The brass frame supports an adjustable diffuser in beige lacquered metal, featuring a band of small holes that filter the light. The compact design, the combination of materials, and the ability to adjust the light beam reflect the attention to functionality typical of Scandinavian lighting of the period. The Swedish "S" certification mark and the initials "BBA 6008" are located under the base. The original electrical system is functional; for use in non-EU countries, it may be necessary to adapt it to local electrical regulations. Good condition. May show signs of wear. Please refer to the photographs carefully.
European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
