Geometric teak structure with conical fluted opal glass diffusers and integrated switches. Scandinavian production, 1950s/1960s.
Made in Scandinavia between the 1950s and 1960s, these wall lamps combine a linear teak structure with slightly conical opal glass diffusers, traversed by a dense vertical groove. The lamp holder is inserted into a turned teak element, supported by a horizontal arm that fits onto the rectangular wall plate. The small integrated switches complete a simple and functional construction, representative of Scandinavian lighting of the period and the frequent combination of wood and opal glass. Good condition. May show signs of aging. Please refer to the photographs carefully. The original electrical system is functional; for use outside the European Union, adaptation to local electrical regulations may be necessary.
