1960s Stunning grey table lighter in Murano sommerso glass By Flavio Poli for Seguso. This piece showcases the iconic Sommerso (submerged) technique. The design features a heavy, thick-walled transparent crystal block encasing an inner core of sophisticated smoked-grey glass. This complex layering technique creates a remarkable sense of depth, optical weight, and luminance under different lighting conditions. Fitted securely into the top is a functional vintage mechanical lighter mechanism with a handsome warm metallic finish, contrasting beautifully against the cool tones of the glass. It's in excellent condition and it works perfectly
