"Tallerken" model by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, Denmark.

Designed by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, the "Tallerken" pendant lamp features a succession of concentric copper diffusers, lacquered white on the interior surfaces. The unique construction reflects Henningsen's long-standing research into the control and diffusion of light, based on shielding the light source with multiple overlapping elements. The copper, with its natural patina developed over time, adds further depth to the structure. The original electrical system is functional; for use outside the European Union, it may be necessary to adapt it to local electrical regulations.
