the fixture features a domed brass ceiling canopy supporting three individual pendant lights arranged on a painted metal frame. Each light has a white-painted aluminium truncated-cone shade, formed with a smaller upper cylinder and wider lower section. The shades conceal the bulb fittings while their white interiors reflect and diffuse the light.

the combination of the geometric shades, brass canopy and three-light arrangement gives the fixture an elegant architectural presence. Its compact proportions make it particularly well suited to a dining area, kitchen, hallway or other interior requiring a sculptural scandinavian lighting feature.

all three original bakelite bulb sockets are marked lyfa, providing an important indication of the manufacturer's original components. The fixture has been sympathetically rewired with new off-white fabric-covered electrical cable, while the interiors of the aluminium shades have been repainted white as part of the restoration.

no original manufacturer's label remains on the canopy or frame.

condition
very good vintage condition overall and fully working.
the fixture shows minor signs of age and previous use consistent with its vintage character. The three original lyfa-marked bakelite sockets have small, light chips to their edges, common with age and use on vintage bakelite components. Small dent to one of the shades. These are visible in the photographs.
the aluminium shade interiors have been repainted white and the fixture has been rewired using new off-white fabric-covered electrical cable.
