The headboard, 145 cm high, is crowned with a bouquet of flowers sculpted in the round—lilies or irises—extended by stems and foliage in relief integrated into the sinuous uprights; the corners are adorned with deeply carved acanthus leaves. The footboard, 80 cm high, echoes the decorative vocabulary with a central medallion in a rounded triangle enclosing a flower on a stem with lobed leaves, framed by molded bands with flowing curves. The quality of workmanship is characteristic of Art Nouveau production from the École de Nancy or the prestigious Parisian manufacturers of this period. A few natural micro-cracks in the joints attest to the piece's age. Overall condition is described as very good by the workshop's assessment. Sold without a bed base or mattress – designed for a 190 x 140 cm bed base and mattress. Dimensions: width 200 cm, depth 160 cm, headboard height 145 cm, footboard height 80 cm. Weight: 60 kg.
