The shaped top rests above a deeply carved apron embellished with scrolling acanthus leaves, shell motifs and layered architectural molding, accented in a contrasting antiqued gilt finish.
Substantial carved legs feature twisting foliate decoration and terminate in carved feet. A beautifully shaped lower stretcher joins the legs and centers on a raised decorative pedestal, giving the table an impressive architectural presence from every angle.
The warm brown wood finish combined with antiqued gold-toned highlights emphasizes the extensive carving and dimensional detail. Its generous proportions make this an excellent statement console for an entryway, foyer, dining room or large living space.
