Designed by Yamatsu and manufactured as Mino-yaki ceramic in a historic kiln in Gifu, Japan that dates back to 1868. The distinct, conical geometric silhouette was inspired by traditional Tohoku iron kettles. The sleek, upright, chrome metal handle was manufactured in Japan's famous Tsubame-Sanjo metalworking region and the pairing achieved global recognition when it won the prestigious German Red Dot Design Award in 2020.
A sculptural form as beautiful to display as it is in use.
