This original oil painting, signed O'Connor, features heavily textured impasto brush strokes that evoke a wildflower meadow at the height of spring. Some admirers see a vaseful of daffodils upon a lakeside picnic table with mountains rising in the distance.
The distressed gold custom frame is nearly as beautiful as the painting. A double silk mat with a metallic gold edge adds even more depth and a bit of sheen.
