A graceful vintage café chair by Thonet, pairing the fluid lines of bentwood construction with a softly upholstered seat. The warm brown frame and tan upholstery offer a quiet, versatile palette, while the looping back and circular stretcher give the chair its distinctive architectural rhythm.
The curved back creates an open, sculptural silhouette that feels light in a room. Rounded members and gently flaring legs carry the same flowing language through the frame, balanced by the tailored profile of the upholstered seat.
A Thonet stamp and Thonet Industries label are retained beneath the seat, documenting the maker. The precise model and production date have not been established.
An appealing accent at a writing desk, vanity, breakfast table, or reading corner, this single chair brings the familiar elegance of café seating to both collected traditional rooms and contemporary interiors.
Overall dimensions are approximately 17.5 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 33.75 inches high. Seat height is 19 inches; the seat measures approximately 16 inches wide by 16 inches deep. Offered individually.
