Magnificent antique mirror with a molded and carved wooden frame and a warm, golden patina.
On the back, the mirror bears the authentic label of the prestigious Lebrun firm, specialists in antique and modern frames, sculpture, and gilding in Paris (155 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, in business since 1847). This historical mark lends the mirror a true sense of character and attests to the quality of its craftsmanship.
Its medium size and classic elegance make it an ideal piece to enhance an entryway, living room, or to place on a chest of drawers. The mirror's silvering shows slight pitting and signs of age, authentic reminders of its history.
