Crafted from solid bronze, this figure features a striking gilded surface that has aged beautifully, displaying a rich, dark patina with prominent verdigris (green oxidation) along the legs, paws, and underside. The lion is intricately detailed with a curly mane, fierce facial expression, and a curled tail. Its dynamic stance and expressive form make it a powerful symbol of protection and strength.
