Very good original vintage condition, this set retains manufacturer’s brand to underside. A true set, these pieces reflect consistent use and wear from use as a set, with light attractive patination throughout; bright warm tone to timber, great condition to original upholstery, frames strong and stiff. In conversation with seating motifs throughout the history of design, this model presents a Danish Modern rendition of spindle back chairs over time, with its refined expression of a vertical crest rail/back support arrangement. It’s difficult to find intact sets with original upholstery, the styling of which is difficult to replicate perfectly via contemporary reupholstery, the seats on this represent the most-correct manufacturer’s application of the seating pads.
