The upholstery remains in good condition, though the foam has hardened in areas. The walnut trim and tables show age-appropriate wear, including small scratches, chips, and water rings to the tabletops. Please see all photos for complete condition details. Measures 122.5" L x 31" D x 31" H, with a 20" seat height and 20" seat depth. This piece is unmarked but identified as and attributed to Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates, as seen in the last photo. See less
