Yang Fan, born in 1994 in Lu'an, Anhui. Graduated with a master's degree from the Watercolor Painting Department of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts in 2018. Started teaching at the Watercolor Painting Department of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 2025. Member of the China Artists Association.
