Early 20th-century solid wood card catalog cabinet featuring four deep drawers arranged in a compact two-over-two configuration. Each drawer retains a metal label holder with an integrated pull, including one surviving numbered paper insert. The substantial wood case is constructed with paneled drawer fronts and a simple molded perimeter, while the deep drawers were designed for organizing index cards, records, reference materials, or other small documents. Originally suited to a library, office, institutional, or commercial setting, the compact cabinet now provides useful tabletop storage while retaining its early utilitarian character.

Edges and corners exhibit additional rubbing and small abrasions. Metal label holders and pulls retain an aged patina with oxidation, tarnish, and surface wear. One label holder retains a numbered paper insert while the others are empty. Drawers remain present and the cabinet appears structurally sound, retaining an attractive dark aged finish throughout.
