The view documents the prominent military stronghold, harbour activity and shipping lanes of Quebec City during the height of the lumber and shipbuilding trades. The illustration marked the historic North American tour of Albert Edward, the future King Edward VII.This is one of a number of works by the same hand that we have for sale.In watercolour with pen and ink.
