The outer ring is woven with natural rattan, and the edges are polished and rounded for a stable structure. The surface of the pallet is inlaid with mother-of-pearl fragments of different sizes. The mother-of-pearl has a natural iridescent luster and displays rich color levels as the light changes.
Three trays with different diameters can be placed individually, stacked and stored, or displayed in combination. They are suitable for displaying tea sets, fragrances, and small ornaments. Each tray has subtle differences in the layout of the shell pieces, a natural feature brought about by the hand-made inlay process.
