Signed and dated 2002 by Greg Gowen, this dimensional metal wall sculpture interprets a Southwestern woven rug through layered geometric motifs and curled metal fringe.
Warm copper tones, turquoise patina, and golden metallic accents create a richly varied surface. Raised elements sit above the backing on slender supports, giving the textile-inspired design sculptural depth and casting shadows across the metal.
Approximately 35 inches wide, the piece makes a distinctive focal point above a console or cabinet and pairs beautifully with wood furniture, leather, and textured fabrics.
Signed “Greg Gowen” and dated “2002.”
Dimensions: Approximately 35ʺ W × 4.5ʺ D × 18ʺ H.
