In some lighting, the colors stand out, and in other lights, the colors appear almost clear. This is very typical of Eickholt’s pieces from this period.**

Wonderful abstract three-sided “egg”-shaped art glass paperweight/sculpture with internal controlled bubbles and pale translucent yellow and blue undertones from Robert Eickholt. The blue and yellow are opalescent glass, and some of the colored internal glass fluoresces (to green) under a UV light. The shape is beautifully balanced, and the craftsmanship is exceptional.
