Collector's rug in good condition (about 100 years old). Harmonious color scheme in cream color enlivened by contrasting blue. The rug has a central medallion and a pair of vases with flowers in the central field. Rich inner and outer border. The rug is made of high-quality wool, warp and weft of cotton. The weave density is around 90,000 knots per m2. The weaving technique is very interesting - it is not a classic weave in rows - see photo of the reverse side (no. 8).
