Its circular silhouette and substantial pedestal base create a balanced presence, allowing the piece to function equally as furniture and decorative art.

The round tabletop is meticulously handcrafted with individually cut pieces of natural mother-of-pearl arranged in a radiating sunburst composition. Beginning at the center and extending outward, the pattern creates a sense of movement while the natural shell reflects light in shifting tones of ivory, pearl, champagne and subtle iridescence.

A wide brushed-brass band frames the tabletop, providing a warm architectural contrast to the delicate shell surface. The cylindrical pedestal is also clad in vertically arranged mother-of-pearl, divided by slender brass detailing and finished with a substantial brushed-brass base.

Each piece of mother-of-pearl is individually selected, cut and positioned by hand. Natural variations in the shell create subtle differences in tone, texture and luminosity, ensuring that every table has its own individual character.

With a suggested 32 inch diameter and 30 inch height, the table is particularly well suited as an intimate dining table for two, occasional dining table, breakfast table or statement center table. Its compact footprint also makes it suitable for luxury apartments, entrance halls, dressing areas, boutique hospitality interiors or sophisticated lounge spaces.

For a more generous dining configuration, the design can be produced at 42–48 inches in diameter, comfortably creating an intimate dining setting for up to four people while retaining the sculptural proportions of the original design.
