The design is freely inspired by classical styles, characterized by rich and symmetrical ornamentation.

Structure of the framed mirror: the mirror has a central beveled glass panel surrounded by four angled mirror sections separated by decorative moldings with floral motifs.
The upper pediment is surmounted by an openwork ornament with raised scrollwork, revealing a mirrored background.
The decorations are made of thin sheets of repoussé brass mounted on a wooden frame.
In good overall condition, with some signs of wear consistent with its age, including some silvering on the mirror.
The brass color is closer to that of patinated bronze (with golden highlights).
