Italian vintage brass table lamp (circa 1960s), of a striking hourglass or "diabolo" silhouette formed from two joined cones, meeting at a slender brass collar at the centre. The upper cone houses the light source beneath a frosted glass diffuser set into the rim, while the lower cone forms a substantial, weighty base which also houses the power button. The brass carries a characterful aged patina throughout attesting to its age, with some surface pitting adding character, warmth and depth. In fair overall condition commensurate with age and use. Please enjoy the many photos accompanying this listing.
