A refined example of danish modern design by ole wanscher, this three-door low cabinet is part of the celebrated rungstedlund collection, produced by p. Jeppesens møbelfabrik in denmark.
the rungstedlund series was inspired by rungstedlund, the historic home of danish author karen blixen, where ole wanscher was a frequent guest and friend. The collection reflects wanscher's characteristic approach to furniture design, combining refined proportions, traditional danish cabinetmaking, and understated functionality.
the cabinet features a beautifully crafted wooden case, three doors, and original brass key. Its low, horizontal form and elegant, restrained design make it ideal as a sideboard, media cabinet, or statement piece in a living room, dining room, or study.
a timeless example of danish scandinavian furniture from the late 20th century, particularly suited to interiors focused on danish modern, mid-century modern, and scandinavian design.
