This is an elegant vintage porcelain teacup, featuring a striking monochrome glazed exterior and a contrasting celadon interior. The cup is of a deep, conical form with a slightly flared rim and a short foot. The exterior is covered in a rich, deep sapphire-blue glaze, glossy and even, with a subtle speckled texture visible under the surface. The interior is glazed in a pale, cool celadon green with an intricate, allover "cracked-ice" (crazing) pattern and faint incised floral motifs, offering a beautiful contrast to the bold exterior. The rim is finished with a thin, gilded band that shows a warm, aged patina. The foot and base are left unglazed, revealing the sandy, beige-toned clay body with natural firing marks. This is a refined and tactile piece, ideal for tea ceremonies or as a collectible display object.
