This is a striking vintage Chinese porcelain teacup, decorated in the famille rose palette with vibrant polychrome enamels. The cup features a deep, rounded bowl form with a slightly flared rim and a short foot. The exterior is boldly painted with a dynamic scene of a majestic green and yellow dragon soaring through stylized, scrolling blue and white clouds, with a bright orange-red sun disc in the background. The dragon, a classic symbol of power, strength, and good fortune, is detailed with scales, horns, and sharp claws. The reverse side of the cup bears a four-character inscription in black calligraphy reading "龙步青云" (Long Bu Qing Yun), which translates to "The Dragon Steps on the Blue Clouds," a metaphor for rapid success and promotion, accompanied by a small red seal mark. The interior and base are glazed in a smooth, glossy white. The base bears a six-character Qianlong seal mark in underglaze blue reading "大清乾隆年製" (Made in the Great Qing Qianlong Period), indicating it is a vintage revival piece in the Qianlong style. A highly decorative and collectible piece.
