The service features Gucci’s unmistakable equestrian-inspired design with the iconic green and red web stripe, interlocking GG motifs, stylized horse-bit detailing, and hand-applied-look gold trim against luminous white porcelain.

The underside bears the Richard Ginori / Italy / For Gucci maker’s mark.

What makes this collection particularly desirable is its breadth. Rather than a small grouping of plates or cups, this is a remarkably comprehensive assembled service incorporating dinnerware, tea and coffee service pieces, covered serving pieces, bowls, specialty pieces, and accessories. Large, substantially complete groupings of vintage Gucci Richard Ginori porcelain are increasingly difficult to encounter together.

The elegant equestrian decoration is quintessential Gucci: restrained enough for a formal table while immediately recognizable to collectors of vintage Italian luxury design. The numerous serving pieces make the collection particularly impressive when displayed as a complete tablescape.
