The compact rectangular top measures 26 inches long by 15 inches wide, providing a useful surface while maintaining a small footprint. When not in use, the ingenious vintage folding base allows the entire table to collapse to approximately four inches wide for convenient storage.
The wood has been refinished in a rich coffee walnut stain, highlighting the natural grain and aged character of the piece.
Evidence of the table's history remains visible, including several old cigarette-burn/heat marks and other age-related surface imperfections on the top. These have been minimized during refinishing but intentionally not over-restored, allowing the table to retain the character acquired over decades of use.
Ideal as an occasional table, compact side table, game table or flexible extra surface for entertaining.
