The rug is made of high-quality wool on a cotton warp and is characterized by a traditional rich floral composition inspired by classic Mughal patterns.

The large central field in a muted brown shade is decorated with symmetrically developed tendrils, palmettes, stylized flowers and small plant motifs. The composition is closed by a wide beige main border with repeating floral motifs and several narrower ornamental bands. The color scheme consists mainly of shades of brown, beige, sand, cream, muted green and burgundy red. The surface is clearly visible with pronounced abrasas, i.e. natural color changes resulting from the use of different batches of dyed wool. The most striking is the darker part in one part of the field. The abrasas give the rug a characteristic lively appearance and underline its handmade production. The rug has an approximate knot density of 90,000 knots per m². The wool used is of high quality, with a pleasant and relatively high pile. The edges are finished with cotton fringes - the end of the warp. Very well preserved condition without major damage. Due to the generous format, the rug is particularly suitable for a large interior, a historic house, villa, castle space, salon or representative room.
