A vintage pink jardinière, planter, or bowl shaped like a basket with a handle; it features elegant high-relief motifs all around, including cherubs playing flutes, birds, and floral designs. Crafted from pink-tinted pressed glass (often referred to as Depression glass) and fitted with a metal handle, it dates to the first half of the 20th century and originates from France.
The item is in excellent vintage condition, showing signs of age and use consistent with its vintage—such as slight oxidation on the handle—but no cracks, breaks, or chips. Please note that the handle does not sit perfectly straight; see the photos for details.
