A stunning pair of vintage wall sconces in gilt metal, featuring a particularly sculptural floral silhouette, in the style of Hans Kögl.
Composed of several rows of stylized petals and leaves in relief, they unfold around a luminous center, forming a truly radiant, almost solar bouquet.
The metalwork, the volume of the petals, and the warm golden patina strongly evoke the floral creations of Hans Kögl, an emblematic figure of German-Italian decorative lighting from the 1960s and 70s, in the Florentine/Hollywood Regency style.
A spectacular pair despite its compact size, which works equally well on either side of a mirror, bed, or console table, or on its own as a striking decorative wall object.
The patina displays slight traces and variations in color due to age, which fully contribute to the charm of these vintage pieces.
