Designed by Yngve Ekström in the 1950s, the "Rytm" coffee table is distinguished by its organic, asymmetrical teak top, with a curved profile that ends in two sharply pointed ends. The underlying black lacquered wooden frame is composed of tapered legs connected by thin crosspieces, creating a sharp contrast with the warm teak surface. Small, dark, exposed circular inserts on the top further emphasize the design's constructive character. Produced by Westbergs Möbler of Tranås, the coffee table demonstrates Ekström's exploration of organic forms and structural lightness, central themes in his contribution to postwar Swedish design. Original Westbergs Möbler label present. Good condition. It may show signs of aging. Please pay close attention to the photographs. This piece has an attribution mark,
