Each lamp features a spherical glass shade decorated with a bold geometric etched pattern. The transparent and frosted areas create an attractive play of light when illuminated, while the polished metal fittings and warm wood bases give the pair a characteristic italian mid-century appearance.

compact and highly decorative, these lamps are ideal for use as bedside or nightstand lamps, but would work equally well on side tables, a console or a credenza in a mid-century modern, modernist or eclectic interior. The chrome-plated metal components have been repolished, and the electrical system has been renewed. Each lamp accommodates one e12/e14 bulb and can be used in the united states with the appropriate plug adapter.
