Mid-20th-century service station or automobile dealership sign advertising "USED CARS," constructed with a reflective glass panel and reverse-painted decoration. Large stenciled lettering is left exposed within the black-painted field, allowing the reflective backing to create bright silver lettering that catches and redirects surrounding light. Narrow decorative borders above and below the wording provide additional reflective detail, while a simple black-painted frame completes the elongated rectangular presentation. Originally intended for prominent display at an automobile dealership, garage, or service station, the sign combines functional commercial advertising with the graphic simplicity of period automotive signage.
