Early 20th-century Golden Wedding Whiskey advertising display produced by Shank Sign Co. for Joseph S. Finch & Co. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, comprising a beveled tin lithograph sign accompanied by an original branded glass bottle. The sign depicts two formally dressed gentlemen enjoying Golden Wedding Whiskey beside a glowing fireplace, with a bottle prominently positioned between them and the slogan "Has had no peers - For fifty years" printed along the lower edge. The surviving bottle retains its period Golden Wedding Whiskey paper label, which repeats the imagery represented within the sign, creating an unusual pairing of original advertising and product packaging. Warm amber and gold-tone lithography contrasts dramatically against the predominantly black ground.
