The rectangular paneled top rests above a molded apron embellished with a repeating carved circular motif. Four dramatically turned and carved baluster legs support the table, joined below by an architectural X-form stretcher centered by a decorative carved panel.

Integrated pull-out leaves extend from the ends of the table, allowing the dining surface to expand when additional seating is needed while retaining a more compact footprint when closed.

The warm dark-brown oak finish displays attractive grain and an aged patina consistent with the table’s period. Its heavy turned legs, stretcher construction and restrained carved ornament are characteristic of the Jacobean and Tudor Revival furniture popular during the early decades of the 20th century.
