A Swedish cast iron candelabrum designed by Bertil Vallien for Boda Smide. The piece is built around a repeating arrangement of circular iron forms, with four candleholders set across the top and a simple weighted base below.
The blackened iron and open construction give it a strong graphic quality without feeling heavy. A useful sculptural object for a dining table, sideboard, or console, with the kind of quiet presence that works well alongside teak, oak, and other natural materials.
