An elegant vintage Japanese mixed-media artwork depicting a classic figure in a traditional, highly detailed kimono. This striking piece features a distinctive 3D dimensional relief, where the stylized figure is meticulously layered over the background to rise roughly 1/8 inch off the panel surface.
The figure's garment features beautiful crimson and sage green patterns highlighted by intricate, painted metallic lines. The entire artwork is set against a radiant, textured gold leaf background that dramatically catches light. The lower-left corner bears a handwritten artistic calligraphy signature and a formal stamped red artist seal (inkan), authenticating its studio craftsmanship.

This haziness cannot be cleaned or accessed from the outside without completely removing the back of the frame. • Surface: Minor surface reflections are present due to the glass, but the underlying textile collage and gold-flecked background remain structurally sound. less
