From Drexel's Touraine Collection, this French Provincial-inspired gentleman's chest combines elegant styling with practical storage in a thoughtfully engineered design. Finished in a warm distressed cream with antiqued gilt accents, the cabinet features graceful cabriole legs, rounded front corners, shaped apron, and bronze-tone hardware that complement its refined provincial silhouette. Behind the hinged fall-front secretary compartment is a compact writing surface with four small drawers and multiple cubbies for organizing correspondence, stationery, or accessories, while the lower case provides four generously sized dovetailed drawers for clothing and household storage. The fall-front closes flush with the top, allowing the piece to function equally well as a traditional chest of drawers or as a discreet secretary desk.
