Early 20th-century articulated industrial wall lamp by The Adjustable Fixture Co. (TAFCO) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, fitted with a green glass Emeralite cone shade. The elongated metal arm incorporates three articulated joints, allowing the fixture to extend, pivot, and reposition for directed task lighting. A compact wall-mounted base supports the adjustable arm, while the socket retains an integrated switch and accepts a standard bulb. The Emeralite shade was likely added later and provides the distinctive green glass associated with classic library, office, and task lighting of the period. Combining functional mechanical construction with an iconic green shade, the fixture offers a strong example of early adjustable industrial lighting design.
