This is an Antique Bohemian style Ruby cut- to -clear mushroom table lamp. Crafted in the traditional Bohemian style, this lamp utilises a “ cut- to- clear” (overlay) technique. A layer of deep ruby red glass is fused over a clear base and the patterns are meticulously etched or cut through the coloured layer to reveal the clear glass beneath. It features a highly recognisable Art Nouveau- influenced mushroom dome shade paired with a matching flared, vasiform pedestal base.
